Background and Aim: The present study was conducted with the aim of the relationship between philosophical beliefs and the development of professional ethics skills with the mediating role of individual self-efficacy of education administrative staff in Hamadan city.
Methods: The present research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included all administrative employees of education and training in Hamedan city, from among them 210 people were selected based on Mokran's formula and after consultation with respected university professors. The research tools for data collection were Hatami's Philosophical Thinking Questionnaire (2016), Professional Ethics Questionnaire (PES) and Scherer's Personal Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (1982). The data were analyzed using SPS software version 26 and PLS software.
Results: The results of the findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between philosophical beliefs and the development of professional ethics skills (T=0.16, b=0.63). Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between personal self-efficacy and the development of professional ethics skills of employees (P=0.002, T=3.05).
Conclusion: Finally, individual self-efficacy has a significant role in the relationship between philosophical beliefs and the development of professional ethics skills (P=0.004, T=0.08). Philosophical beliefs and individual self-efficacy of employees play a significant role in the development of professional ethics skills of employees.
